The mindfulness in daily life program makes it easy and accessible to understand how to start to be more mindful.

Connected Leadership is a three month engagement combining stress resilience, wellbeing, strengths profiling, emotional culture and a range of masterclasses to reimagine leadership.

The emotional culture deck is a facilitated workshop to support you to create your culture canvas. A workshop can run for two hours all the way to a few days depending on what you want outcomes are important to you.
