The wellbeing program is a six week deep dive into what you need in your toolbox to amplify your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
The program runs for six weeks with a time commitment of two - three hours per week (depending on group size).
The program delivery can be customised to meet your needs.
A workbook and additional resources such as videos and audio recordings for further exploration are included in the program.
During the program, you will create your own personal wellbeing and resilience toolbox.
