Design your own wellbeing toolbox

The wellbeing program is a six week deep dive into what you need in your toolbox to amplify your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

The program runs for six weeks with a time commitment of two - three hours per week (depending on group size).

The program delivery can be customised to meet your needs.

A workbook and additional resources such as videos and audio recordings for further exploration are included in the program.

During the program, you will create your own personal wellbeing and resilience toolbox.

Weekly for six weeks you have the opportunity to create your own toolbox.

We cover:

  • The science and practice of breathing to balance your nervous system and reduce stress and exhaustion

  • Learn how to talk about emotions, how are you feeling? And why it is crucial for your wellbeing

  • Amplify emotional intelligence and using Yale University RULER format learn how to recognise, understand, label, express, and regulate emotions

  • An entire session on sleep

  • How to create boundaries to reduce burnout

  • Micro habit change and mindfulness

  • Identify your stressors, where they show up and life and tools and techniques to navigate and minimise them.
