The mindfulness in daily life program makes it easy and accessible to understand how to start to be more mindful.

The program runs for eight weeks with a time commitment of 30 minutes per session.

It is designed to be short and impactful. To fit into the busiest of schedules and help create meaningful change.

A workbook and additional resources such as videos and audio recordings for further exploration are included in the program.

During the program, you will learn how to start to create space for mindfulness and incorporate it into your life day to day making is accessible and simple.
